Ingrid Arthur – born in Gainesville, Georgia (USA) Solo artist, entertainer & background singer. Ingrid also tours with her ensemble “Gospel Voices of America” (patented) together with Sarah Connor, Marius Müller-Westernhagen and Knappe (Alexander Knappe) -incl. Studio and video recordings- and currently enchants the audience with her voice in the show “Velvet” in Hamburg-Germany. Ingrid has collaborated with many international artists such as James Last, Cissy Houston, Bette Midler as well as Tramaine Hawkins.

She gained international fame as the singer of the “Weather Girls” with the hit song “It’s Raining Men”.

Ingrid has lived in Berlin since 2002 and founded the “100%Gospelworkshop” in 2007.

A choir that meets twice a year with up to 100 singers for a good cause, rehearses spiritual gospel songs and collects donations in a final concert. Ingrid’s heart touches as a soloist on the stages of the world as well as in private engagements.
